So he's looking at my seating yesterday and realizes we're not listed at any table...and soooooo was going to suggest the table his PITA siblings are at [HECK NO]. anyway..i say to him, there's a table designated for just the 2 of us. 'well, i'm not sitting there.' yes, you are. 'no, that's dumb, why would we sit by ourselves?' um....have you not paid a lick of attention to the weddings we've attended??? the bride and groom are always at their own table.

(yes, i know some don't...but let's not tell him that....my seating is DONE and i am NOT sitting with his siblings...i want to strangle them 80% of the time as it is.....)



i just couldn't believe it. MAYBE if he'd helped plan things, he'd have learned this LOOOOOOOOOONG ago. MEN!

They don't pay attention....I've had the same conversation with my FH 4 times already about getting our parents to the Church and then to the reception.....every time it's the same conversation...

Yes i do beleive they can be that dumb sometimes - my FH is clueless when it comes to certain things like this (I am sure my FH will want to be seated with his friends) - You should have heard some of the questions he asked when I brought him to one of the florist meetings...

When FH and I were talking about invitations - I suggested we send them out a little earlier than usual so we can have a 'B list' to fulfill our minimum. . .

he said yeah that's a great idea - let's send them out in January 2007 - FOR OUR JANUARY 2008 wedding!

He completely (still) does not get sending out the invitations so close to the wedding! he figures the earlier we send them out - then people can make plans around that day!

who would remember RSVPing to a wedding a year in advance!

it's funny how the guys are so calm b/c they don't do any of the planning. but they have their 2 cents that makes no sense!!! i have a feeling me and my FH are gonna be fighting like a month straight before the wedding!!!

Mies just as clueless, he claims he wants to be part of the planning and then when I make appointments, he tells me he can't make it, even better yet, he doesn't remember a conversation we had 2 hours ago.

Men are like sometimes. They need to pull the :bottles: out of their bottoms and the out of their ears and pay attention a little more. At least thats my finding. JMO
