The office was empty. We were theonly ones there. FH and I walked in and the lady says to us 'Can I help you?' So I said 'We'd like to get married...if thats ok.' She laughed!

Two valid forms of Acceptable Identification are required.
These may include any 2 of the following:
Driver's License
Non-Driver's license
Passport (Valid) - Foreign passports must have VISA
Naturalization Papers (original only)
US Military ID
(from the Town of North Hempstead Website)
i know this is going to be a problem for me. my FH is foreign and he doesnt have a visa in his passport here. so that means no SSN and his driver's license is foreign. we are not going to live here, we are here to get married b/c this is where i am from. does anyone have a number for the town hall??
