I am my mothers son. Its by the same guy that wrote you light up my life (albert brroks?).

Its from a BAD musical, but its a great song.

My dad and I used The one who knows by Dar Wiliams. It's different and I think it could apply to mother-son.

Dh and his mom danced to the Backstreet Boys The Perfect Fan. The song is long though so they did 1 verse and 1 refrain

Dh used 'Have i told you lately that i love you' ..his other choice was 'a song for mama' by boyz to men which is a GORGOUS song... but dh decided on the other which he thought was more in line with their relationship & not as sappy lol...

FH and his mom are dancing to 'Simple Man' by Shinedown. It's a slower version of the Lynard Skynard original. It's a great song - everytime I hear it I get the chills.
