FH rave and rant lol

so the other day i told FH that there were two books i wanted to read - i actually forgot the exact titles of the books but i think one was the wife of the time traveler or something like that and the other one was lovely bones i think? so i told FH if he had time to pick up the books for me to get them for me b/c there is a book store near his job but then he didnt feel like going and i told him to forget it i could always order them on amazon....so then i forgot about the books....so today he calls me and says that he has a surprise for me and he tells me that he bought the books for me.....of course i thought it was really sweet and thoughtful that he remembered but whenever he does something its soooooo hard for him to keep it a secret - i would have been so much more surprised if he didnt tell me until he got home he is so bad at keeping secrets/surprises - i still have no idea how he pulled off the proposal

OMG I have the same problem he could never just surprise me...Its always 'i have a surprise for you' and i always tell him SHUT UP dont tell me anything just uhmmm surprise me

It's the opposite! I can't keep surprises to myself!!! I always have to tell him what I got him!

I read both those books!! Excellent choices.. the first one is called 'the time travelers wife' Excellent!!!!!

My FH is cute like that too,,,,,He is pretty good a keeping surprises (small ones) like I've been wanting a drying rack..(Im cheap and poor and can't afford the electric) and he came home with one yesterday....

So silly but cute.

That was sweet of him ....I guess he feels like he needs to provide you with full disclosure

FH is pretty good with surprises and I'm always the one snooping and trying to get it out of him.

i love that he actually remembered and wanted to get me something thoughtful but i think its sooooo funny that he told me over the phone instead of actually giving them to me i was laughing on the phone - i said why couldnt you just wait until you got home to give them to me? and he was like you know i get excited and cant hold it in im the opposite i LOVE surprising people

FH always tries to surprise me, but I ruin them by either guessing or pestering him until he tells me what it is. It's how I found out when my shower is.

I hate surprises (probably because no one has ever been able to pull one off for me).

The lovely Bones is great. I think they might be making a movie based on the book.
