FH snores......

He's tried the breathe rite strips- nothing!!! Doesn't work...
I've even put the vicks bottle under his nose as he is sleeping- nothing!!!

The best part is when he faces me and he puts his face so close to mind!!! Yeah...realllly enhances the sound nicely in my ear!!! lol

I'm a light sleeper too. Fh only snores if his extremely tired...I move him a little or rub his back and he just moves and stops snoring.

It helps trust me.

Mine too-Ear Plugs have really worked for me. The ones that you twist in your fingers and then insert into the ear i think they're like 30 decibels or something. I put them in and i don't hear a thing!

Otherwise; maybe a glass of wine or a litle bit if nyquil to just help you fall asleep 1st.

(i like the ear plugs b/c sometimes i'm so tired that i fall asleep first; BUT end up waking up at 2am from the snoring and can't fall back asleep! but with the ear plugs i don't hear anything all night!)

I've tried to shake him, rub his back, smack his face, hold his nose..

Nothing works but holding his nose until he wakes up always makes me laugh
