So we recieved our STDS and instead of discussing it with me FH decided to hand deliver them to some friends and his co-workers!!! All is good but he didnt address them or anything and we havent decided with co-workers if we are inviting guests with them or not because our list is out of control!!! So now i said they can assume and assume wrong you know!!! On top of it the hotel block info was not in it and he said it doesnt have to be we can send the hotel info with the invitations. The problem is we are getting married on labor day weekend so they need to book it earlier. Why does he have to assume things did he read all the books does he know the time line NO he doesnt he is driving me crazy on top of it He wants to invite married people with OUT a GUEST... You cant do that, he was like well they might not want to bring there spouses so i told him it was there choice. Then he went on how the single people can bring a guest though>> I DONT GET IT!!!

OMG wow!!! Why would he just hand deliver them without discussing it with you first? I think I would have thrown a fit too!!! Im sorry you are going through this- Im sure if they are guys they wouldnt even know the difference...bc men really dont care or think about stuff like that (things being addressed, etc). Yea, as for inviting married people without a guest... thats a No, No. FH and I are really thinking of inviting people who are single with no guest bc we dont want to just pay for a random person to be at our wedding.

So sorry to hear this....sometimes guys just don't get it, however, it kinda puts you in a difficult situation because now you don't know who he gave them to and in what context, and the whole not inviting married people together but inviting singles with a guest is plain strange!!!!! Sometimes you just have to and it helps!!!!!

Gah, I can't believe he hand-delivered anything related to the wedding - especially without checking with you first! Sometimes I don't know what they are thinking ... hope your situation resolves somehow.
