FH wedding band how much?

Just wondering how much everyone is spending/spent on FH's wedding band? We were at the jeweler buying my ring when he found one he loves but I think it is a lot of money for a mans ring. What is the ideal range?

his gold one with a 1/4 carat diamond was 750 woulda been a little cheaper but its a size 12.5

also got a tungsten one for 50 bucks

FH has a bigggg a$s$= his is white gold with diamonds going around both rims of the ring... it co$t the same as my band.

FH wanted a plain white gold band- originally they asked for $300 but I said I'd give them $200 and they said ok! So $200!

Tungsten Rings are the most wear-resistant rings available on the planet.
Tungsten is about 10 times harder than 18K Gold, 5 times harder than tool steel, and 4 times harder than titanium. Tungsten measures between 8 and 9 on the Mohs hardness scale. (Diamonds are a 10 - the highest.)

I got both of ours (they were both pretty plain, regular ol' white gold bands) with the engraving included for $400.

1100 and it's a platinum comfort fit. It's pretty heavy too. He wanted platinum bc he works around the house.

Thanks everyone! Hes been looking at a ring for 1200, with NO diamonds, and is 18k white gold.. i feel like it IS too much!

I got FH a platinum comfort fit band from Blue Nile; it came up to $1040 after a 10% discount and sales tax.

We just ordered his over the weekend for around $300. The metal is called SKCobalt (a new metal from Scott Kay) - I asked him what type of metal he wanted (and he spent a lot of $ on my E-Ring and wedding bands), but he said he really didn't care and didn't want me to spend the extra money on platinum or white gold. So - we ended up with this less expensive ring....
