FH Wedding Gift - What would get him?

I have a few ideas but not sure which he would like best. FH is a part time bartender so he likes his liquor. He loves to cook on the grill - we'll be moving in together May 1st and we do not have a grill. And I don't think he's ever heard of B-Pics so that would be a welcomed surprise.

Which would you do?

i think those are all good ideas. it depends on what he likes.

part of me likes johnny blue the best bc you can give it to him at the wedding, but part of me likes it less than bpics bc it's not as personal .

IMO I would do the grill. I told one of FH's best friends that I was thinking about getting him b pics and he said he thought FH would be mad at me for spending hundreds of dollars on something he can see and touch in person whenever he wants. I like the grill idea better than the liquor... he works around liquor all the time! Get him something he can enjoy at home and not think about work

That's exactly what I was thinking - I don't think FH will see the monetary value in b-pics. He might even get annoyed if I told him how much I dropped on b-pics. But it's a once in a life time thing - I won't have the motivation to get my tush in shape ever again!

ITA with this! If he'd never expect it, then I think it would blow his mind. If you decide not to, my second choice is the grill.

I say the grill... it is the most versatile... You can always do b-pics as an anniversary gift....

do you like Johnny Walker blue?? It's a nice gift and i know my FH would love it, but i'm trying to keep him off of scotch since he CHUGGED straight out of the bottle in Jan.... ugh
