(PS - NJ's announcements came out last week and yesterday (on my birthday)...but one spelled my name wrong on top. Their announcements are HUGE. In two of the papers we are almost 1/2 of the page!!!!! People keep telling him that they have seen us! We are famous!!!! )

the one that was misspelled is a free paper in jersey but it's ok.... they spelled it right everywhere else!

Newsday charges 55 bones....
the local papers are free.
In Jersey, tho, for the same price, I got a great mention - with all the details.. disappointed that Newsday won't have all the fun stuff..

Hmm, my FI doesn't want to do the announcement in the paper either, can't understand why. Now I'm wondering if maybe I should do it anyway.

Thanks girls... a little annoyed that they told me only 20 words...and then the other girls got MORE for the same price. But overall, very happy with the placement and the size of the font!

Awww..you guys are famous!! I saw the announcement this evening in the paper...you guys look great!! Congratulations to you both!! I sorta wish I announced my FI in I in Newsday...but we've been engaged since August...a little too late now..but it's all good. Most every one knows we are engaged by now!!
