Had the rehearsal dinner yesterday. It was SO nice. We had it at FH's parents' house (FH's dad is an amazing cook)! And I surprised him with this groom's cake from Sweet Karma. I live in Brooklyn and had to drive 2.5 hours out to LI - there and back in traffic - but it was so worth it! The bakeries in Brooklyn wanted to charge me more than double!!! Check out the pics:

This cake was supposed to be for 30 people, but it easily could have fed 50 and it was only $150. I'm not kidding, most of the bakeries in Brooklyn wanted to charge me $300 and up!
