FH's ring came today... Vendor rave!
As some of you know I finally found on a NYC jeweler to make my ring. I wanted a certain diamond eternity band that would require custom engraving. All FH has ever wanted is a plain white gold band. I found this jeweler through a woman at work who has bought A LOT of diamond jewelry through him over the years.
Two weeks ago we go to pick up my ring. It's exactly what I wanted (and I'm pain in the butt picky). I go back on Monday night (I met the jeweler on LI) to pick up FH's ring and drive from Northport to Garden City in rush hour traffic. UGH, he forgot it. So I call him and tell him with less than 70 days until the wedding I don't have another day to drive to GC and can he ship it?
Well, it came today. UPS!! Because he forgot he included the engraving for free and sent us jewelry cleaners and paid for the shipping.
