FH's song with FMIL

FH's song with FMIL

What would you do? So he had chosen a song but the email never went through to our band. He loves that song and so does his mom, but its too late now for them to learn. Do we:

- play it via an ipod
- play it with an ipod and ask them to keyboard to it so someone is up there
- pick another song (which FH really is not into)

He'll probably dance with her while people finish up the salad/appetizer.

Thoughts?

If he's insistant upon that song I'd probably play it via ipod. Some people do entire weddings with an ipod, one song won't make a difference and it would mean the world to him! Besides, isn't the band going to play recorded music during their breaks?

I think the band would be able to play it via Ipod. I know that my band will not take breaks but play the whole night- if some one eats they will have the other people in the band play, however I am sure they would take a break to play the song via Ipod.
