FI is not nice...

He has to eat between 30 - 35 points a day. I have to have 20 - 25 points a day. So he calls me and says so I have dinner planned, steak, potato, and a salad for you. I said great, can you give me point values so i can do my day. He said well the steak is 12 and the potato with I cant believe its not butter is 5 so that is 17 points. I am like ahh you cant do that to me, i have had 4 points already and a 5 point lunch. Remember I dont have to eat as many points as you. You better be making me a smaller point steak and potato. I am thinking 12 points total. he said ok i'll trim and weigh the steak for you and get you a small potato.

He thinks because he has to eat a lot of food in points we all do.

I have some points banked but I am saving those bank points for Friday and Saturday.

I have my weigh in on Saturday. I know i had to have gained weight. Though I am drinking a lot of water (which has a down side, running to the ladies room every hour) so hopefully all this water I am drinking will flush the weight off me

Keeping up with my DH eating habits is what got me into these tight pants! I feel for you!

Its not easy, especially if you are just barely satisfying yourself and you see that he gets to eat more. Not fair!

Hang in there! Maybe you can make the dinner? Make the same size portion for you both and he can get his points elsewhere so you don't have to see

Thats not a bad idea. He can get the points elsewhere by eating a cup of applesauce, having a 4 pt dessert, etc..

Melissa - eating with Larry is what got me here in the first place. Brian is a sweetheart, but no, you can't eat like he does. Nor will he be able to once he loses more weight and drops into another point range.

The other day I made Larry breakfast (I made myself a 7 pt b'fast different from his) and it was 44 points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then he had this huge dinner and that was like another 40 pts! I used to keep up with him...so it's no secret how my ass got so big!

40 pt breakfast oh my god, i couldnt eat for 2 days if i had a breakfast like that.

4 eggs (4 pts each=16), 4 Brown and Serve sausage patties (5 pts each=20), 1 English muffin (2) a whole freakin glass of orange juice (4 or so), butter on the toast (1 or so) and you get the idea.

For dinner he had an enormous chili cheeseburger smothered in cheese and chili and tons of french fries. And there I sat, picking miserably at my gr chk spinach salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, vinegar, melba toast and peppermint tea. BUT I LOST 4.5 LBS!!!!!!!!
