FI wants to wear a Black shirt instead of a White/Off White shirt....UPDATED with Pic of Black Shirt
He tried it on today and it looked good, but now that we're at home and I'm thinking about it more, I think that it's too much black........ But he likes it soooooo much. I'm worried how the pictures are going to look...........
He'd have a black 3 button tux with an off white vest and off white tie with a black shirt. The guys would have the exact same thing, but with off white shirts.........
What do you think?

i honestly think that itll look very nice...the contrast with your FH and GM will look great on your wedding photo's also! Go for it

You want my real opinion? I think he'll look like a Mafia wannabe. Also, tuxes are classic. Whenever you go with trendy versions, they look dated really quickly.

Absolutely.....honest opinions is what I'm looking for I agree about them being classic........ hmmmmmmmmm

my friend did that for her wedding. i think it looked very nice. her hubby wore an off white vest and tie like yours then the GM's wore a green vest and tie to coordinate with the BM's

Honestly I can see why you would be like hey what is this a funeral ??? Too much black!!! BUT in my honest opinion I think that it will look great I like black and the pics will look great bc your in white they won't come out bad. My cousin's husband wore all white at their wedding and my honest opinion was, ew hahha

Ok, so I played with the paint program and this is what it will look like with a black shirt.......
I guess it's not that bad.......Hmmmmmmmmm

I don't think it looks took bad either!
But ask him maybe he can do a black vest and black tie and off white shirt to stand out from the gm? that is what my FH is doing....

Oh wow that looks really nice! I previously said it would like nice but the fact that you put up a picture makes it easier to decide rather than relying on my imagination I really like the look of black on black.

I like the white shirt better. I'm traditional in the sense that I've always thought that the groom was supposed to be in white to match the bride. JMO

My FH is doing that- our colors are black, white and red, so he is wearing all black w/ a white shirt and tie
