I don't know exactly the entire situation...All I know is that I was standing near some people that started yelling at one of the older women workers how she had given one of the BMs an attitude earlier in the day. Something about how they lost a dress... Then the girl's FH starts in threatening to kick the $hit out the of woman (lady must've been in her 50s). I couldn't believe it! I just slinked away as it got more heated. The worker's son apparently worked there as well and him and the girl's FH almost came to blows. It was craziness! Any one else on here witness this?!?

wow i wish i did, i always hear horror stories about that place.. not making a judgement on them though, i fight with customers all the time. that's a crazy story though.

wow....I am very lucky my first visit there was ok, because the follow ups were pretty bad. I used to occasionally deal with DB corporate communications in the midwest and they were very good, I don't know if they have regional managers, but the east coast seems to be not as well run.

yikes! i was there on saturday, not sunday. ugg - i hate that place. the people there were so nasty and rude to me so i could see how her FH would feel that way, but that's not right to threaten to physically hurt the lady like that.

No I definitely didn't witness that one! I wish I had, though....it sounds as if the FH was fighting with the manager there....I had a big problem with her too, but I took it up with customer service....I ended up buying the BM dresses from the one in Yonkers bc I had such a negative experience there. DB in Westbury is no good!

HAHAHA As much as I was glad that I wasn't involved, I loved witnessing the madness!!! The girl's FH was out of control! And I sooo agree about DB in Westbury... The salespeople might as well not be there. I went with a few girls the other night and thank goodness cuz otherwise I would have been standing around with my thumb up my butt :-P
