Figure 8 Challenge

I'm doing something called a Figure 8 challenge. It's an 8 week program...that so far, is sooo easy. The plan has protein shakes (all natural, no artifical flavors, low cholestral, gluten free), chocolate and caramel chews that suppress your appetite, these delicious fizz tabs you put in water, that speed up your metabolism, and detox tea that gets rid of all the toxins in your body and benefits your liver, kidneys, heart, and circulation. Even if you're not trying to lose weight, these products help you get/stay healthy. I'm actually having fun doing the challenge. There's a website, I think it is www.gofigure8.com...def check it out!

For your sake, I urge you to examine the nutritional side of this 'program'. Make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need, because all too often prepackaged meal plans like this won't give you all the vitamins and minerals that a normal diet would. Supplement with multivitamins and good luck.

Its really good and informative.Even I was drinking green tea and doing crash dieting for it but i couldn't find good results.

Figure 8 Challenge - Long Island Weddings

There are certain types of fat that help you lose weight. Just focus on eating healthy fats such as grass-fed beef and butter, olive oil, and farm fresh eggs. The key here is that they are all natural food sources. Stay away from processed foods.
