oh yeah the first day I met his parents I started eating first so they said I was so rude with no manners. when first of all his father started eating then stopped but I kept eating because I'm not a robot! lol.
another time after dinner the night before my dad's birthday we were just sitting around and they were talking, because they are one of those families that sit around talking about people I've never met or have any idea who they are talking about. and I texted my cousin where we were going to eat for my dad's bday and to give my uncle directions. so that was another big thing how I have no manners. though we were sitting in the living room! we weren't at some big fancy dinner. I didn't even think they'd notice they were all in such deep conversation.
I could go on! so yeah I started having panic attacks anytime he wanted me to go over there and for the longest time I wouldn't go there. I still don't over there that much. my parents though divorced are both the most easy going parents alive. his parents are very old fashioned! I'm marrying him though not his parents

plus he's nothing like them. he's had a crazier past then me so I don't see what the big deal was. it's not like he was a saint and I was going to corrupt him lol.
I have never met parents like his. I've always had parents like me. except for my ex's but he used to tell his mom everything about our well personal life I'll say lol. which I found really odd and disturbing.
his parents though do seem to have warmed up to me especially since I am going to be around! lol. guess they figure there is nothing they can do? who knows.

I think his parents are just the kind who can't let go or something. my parents let go the 2nd I turned 18 lol. it was like our job is done here. not to mention I've always had people sleeping over here, or me sleeping over somewhere.
I do really hope I get a lot closer to them one day. it'd be nice because my mom lives far away and I need that mother figure lol. though my mom gets so jealous especially if I ever went to get my nails done with her
