FIL's are just amazing.....

FMIL gave me a list of Irish songs she would like played at the wedding. Turns out the list is 35 songs So FH immediately tells her that we are not having all of them played at the wedding (go FH!) and she says ok. Last night me and my MOH decided to preview every song on youtube....and.....

No offense to Irish music or any Irish music lovers on here, but 90% of the songs on her list were beyond depressing. Some were even about death!!!! Really??? At a wedding?????

I left the happy ones (7 songs out of 35). She also wanted 'brown eyed girl' which makes me wanna kill myself, but considering what my choices were, I left that one too.

hahhaah I guess I am!!!! It's ok, I told my BM I want spanakopita around my claddagh ice sculpture....he laughed hysterical! Whatever, spanakopita is green!

hahaha geez. I;ve going to have that issue w the spanish music. FH says he's limiting his parents to 4 songs. that's gonna be fun...considering FMIL picked out my wedding song and had it blessed by a priest. for real!

and do you mean brown eyed girl by van Morrison? I LOVE THAT SONG! lol

Hahah yup, that Brown Eyed Girl, I hateeeee that song! LOL weird I know! My FIL's love it but they all have blue eyes. Hahah
