Final appointment with BM? What should we know before going there?

Hi,
Final appointment with BM? What should we know before going there?
Is it really final or we can have follow up if we have not thought about something or change our mind on some details?
Please comment about your appointments .. how did they go what was discussed? what you should have thought ahead of time and wish brought it up ?

We went over menu and picked out the food. Also some choices in linens. Went over any questions we had and also went through the hall again. We didn't meet with the 2 people that we met with when booking We met with domenico?? he was really cool and we liked him! Hope he is our matire'd I am going to ask for him. Gave us seating chart, place cards, final payment sheets, ceremony order, phone list all little things
