final count question

Are you supposed to include kids under 12 and vendors in the final count?

My RH charges a different rate for children and vendors so I have to give them a break down of adultsand then children and vendors.

You should ask your RH, they probably have their own rules.

Definitely email the RH and find out from them, or call them.

I believe children and vendors are billed at 1/2 price at my venue, but the only children we are having are 3 y/o and 1 y/o and I don't really want to be paying for them, so we'll see. I'll have to see what our final count is like, considering how far under the minimum I'm at right now.

Usually the children are half price and vendors are even less...esp if they are house vendors, sometimes they even eat for free...they don't count as full plates unless you don't make your mininum. Check with your BM to find out for sure.
