Hi ladies! I have to call Fox Hollow in the next day or so to give our final count. I've heard from a couple people that we should subtract 5 or 6 guests from our count and the seating charts so that if anyone doesn't show up we aren't paying for an empty seat. The day before we could just update everything and pay any remainder.
Has anyone done this? Or considered it?

Yep I did it today for my wedding on 2/27. I cut 5 and my BM was fine with it. She said you can always add but you can't subtract. She told me to let her know 2-3 days before about the other 5.

yes depending on my final number i wanted to do that because things happen and someone is bound to not come
