I would recommend your vendor contracts, seating chart, music lists, photo lists, and any special requests you have.

also maybe a pic of your final cp, a who's who run down (mob, moh, mog fg etc), and a checklist of all your crap you need her to bring

i had my first meeting with her after i won her services at TWOTY. she has something thats like 4 pages long and i have to fill it out and give it to her at my final appt. u have to list all the details of every aspect of the wedding. ceremony, photo, special requests etc. maybe she can email it to you.
