Love the neckline. What style of bustle is it? The traditional one or the french bustle? I know there are a few ways to do it, so she sshould be able to change it.

You look beautiful! The neckline came out perfectly. Seriously, if you aren't happy with the bustle, ask them to try something else. If a French bustle is the best thing to do on it, perhaps you could do two little bustles instead of one, which would potentially lessen the poof in the back. But you look stunning regardless.
