FINAL GOLD PARTY QUESTION!!!

Here it is the final question before I book this.

The previous poll obviously showed that Sunday Afternoon's were the best for the majority. So I called the woman last night to ask what Sunday's were good for her. She is booked solid until July. Which might not be a bad thing this way people can put it on their calendars early, and start diggin for old gold!

I really hope as many people as possible can make it. I think it will be a lot of fun to see everyone.

So what works best for you July 12th, or July 26th?

This is the last time I am going to ask because obviously I have to book the appraiser.

ALSO- I have an answer to 3 important questions.

1. White Gold is FINE!!! However she does not appraise silver.
2. If you have a piece of jewlery with stones in it. She brings a long a set of jewelry tools and will remove whatever stones she can and of course give them to you. If you have something like a High School ring where the stone is set in the gold and she cannot remove it. It of course is weighed and and you get paid for the TOTAL weight not just what she belives the gold to be.
3. She does pay more for higher karat gold. Hence if you have something that is 18k gold, you will get more than if it were 10k gold.

I will of course have snacks and drinks so don't be shy, and like I said BRING A FRIEND!!

After I book her I will FM everyone interested with directions to my house. So please after you vote reply too so I know who to FM. I admit I live out east however it is very easy to get too

Oh, this may be a silly question but I have to ask - suppose you bring something, she gives you a price, and you decide it's not worth it or something - can you just say no thanks and take it back?

I'm just asking bc I have a couple of items that I know I'll never wear but that were gifted to me and I sort of feel bad selling them...

Not a silly question, people ask me that all the time. Yes, she will price it out for you and then give it back if you decide you don't want to sell it. I always like to remind people at my parties that you are getting paid the price of the gold not the price of what you paid for it. Some people expect to get back the price they originally paid. Just keep that in mind! I always tell people that if you are hesitant about selling it then don't do it.

i voted 26th the 12th is my birfday.. but i dont think i can make either of those days cuz my bros wedding is the 31st and my cuz from the motherland is flying in.
