Final hall meeting

For me, it's monday.

They want all our table arrangements, place cards, decor, etc.

Now, Being that I have people dropping like flies for my wedding, my count right now is 138.

How am I supposed to work this? I don't want to give them all my info and something (god forbid) happen and I'm stuck paying for a ton of spots that aren't filled.
