Re: final headcount
Ours was a week- don't worry about your RSVP date being early- you'll most likely have a bunch of people who don't respond by the date anyway.

Re: final headcount
we have the rsvp as of now @ April 2, for a may 20 wedding. that gives us a little over 4 weeks to get everything together, call people and get the headcount to CLM. shoudl I move it to the 9th? or keep it as is?
i think it hit me b/c last night we said we were going to send out invites mid february.. adn that seemed REALLY earlly, but with an RSVP date that early we shoudl be sending them our early i think?

Re: final headcount
I think that's fine.
For us, all invites will be mailed out by the latest Feb 26 (international ones will be mailed out a few weeks earlier).
We have our RSVP date for March 31st, which gives us a little more than 4 weeks before the wedding to call non-RSVPers, get a final headcount, work on the seating arrangements and get all the DIY stuff done. I feel like if you give people a lot of time to RSVP they won't do it right away and that's when you wind up getting a lot of Non-responders and you have to start making the annoying phone calls.

Re: final headcount
I have an RSVP date of April 1st and planning on sending them out first week in February. I could probably wait an extra week or two, but I just want them OUT of the house to give me back my closet! Lol
