Final Invitation Question, I promise...

I can't find the thread, or the answer to the following...FH and I are starting to put together the majority of our invites tomorrow, and I wanted to confirm:

1) For the inner envelope, is that where I have the names of who's actually invited...ie) if it's a single person - I would put Mr. Bob Jones and Guest?

2) For the outer envelope, do I just put one person's name from the family...I.e. Rob Thomas, or do I put The Thomas Family if that family is invited,

3) If the above is the case re: family, do I still put the names of whose actually invited?

4) Do I put Mr. and Mrs. Bob Jones or just their names without the Mr. and Mrs.? Also, if last names are different do I put Mr. Bob Jones and Mrs. Sandy Joe?

(1) yes, the inner envelope you could write, Mr. Bob Jones and Guest or Bob and Guest or whatever you want

(2) outer envelope - i would put The Thomas Family if that's who is invited

(3) that's where you take advantage of writing the names individually

(4) you don't have to put mr. and mrs. if last names are different, yes, put the two last names.

The inner I wrote Mr. Bob Jones and Guest.

On the the outer envelopes I put Mr. and Mrs. Bob Jones or Mr. Bob Jones and Mrs. Sandy Joe if it fit, a couple didn't so I just did Mr. Jones and Mrs. Joe.

And I didn't write family I just addressed it to Mr. and Mrs. and then everyone's name on the inside.
