Did anyone get their DJ's to throw anything extra in and are there any specific questions I should ask? I filled out the worksheet already and faxed it over to them, can't believe I am doing final meetings, this is crazy...

we had ours with our DJ last night, Bravura. are you meeting with Aaron? They didn't throw anything in, just went over the wedding worksheet and how to pronounce things, and give final payment.

Yeah not sure who we are meeting with there. I asked if Tony was going to be there. We are having Greek music as well and I want to talk to them about that. As far as some of the songs you selected, did they know all of them or have any questions for you? Also we paid for Ceremony music when we though we were getting married there but now we aren't using it so they said they would do something but that was months ago so I am going to have to remind them about that.

Yeah, we're having a lot of Italian music and went over all of that. I told them if they were having trouble getting any of the music requested to contact me, they said if they can find it on itunes its no problem. I knew i had a song not available on itunes, so i brought them the CD and labeled it with my name.
You'll go over ceremony songs too- they are really patient and will let you ask anything. Remind them to fax your hall the certificate of liability!

Oh see I asked my mother to make me a CD of Greek music she wanted and she never got it to me, so now I am hoping that they have done it before and have the traditional songs....as for the ceremony we aren't using them we were originally going to but now we are getting married in a church so they said they would throw something in hoping they still remember. Thanks for the reminder!

if its traditional greek music I think they'll have it, or can get it easy enough for you. I wouldn't worry. Definitely get them to throw something in to replace the ceremony - maybe try to upgrade the lighting if you got the cheaper package; or add a live musician; or cocktail hour music? We got the 2 plasmas and are really excited to see all the pics up there all night.

PS. if you had a photo montage created, be sure to bring it with you to test and make sure they can play it on their equipment.
