I am going to my final meeting with my RH.. I need help! What kinds of questions am I supposed to ask? Anyone have any good questions that I might need to ask?

I just posted this topic not too long ago! LOL! Here's a list that I have going:
Vendor Meals Kids meals Display of cake/cake table decorations Place card table details Cocktail tables decorated? What do table #s look like? When do we need to drop everything off? What time can we get in to start getting ready that morning? How’s the room set up? Can it be changed?
I keep adding to it LOL. Hope that helps!

well you are going to go over your menu, they will show you your selections for CH. I mean most of it is going over things for the day so as far as questions, there arent specific things you have to ask. I needed to know dimensions of the tables so i can make the table runners. If you plan on taking pics at the RH, ask how long before you can come in, most places only allow you an hour before. I asked for a particular drink to be served at CH. So its mostly about things that concern you. They will be asking most of the questions though. They will ask for the names of all your vendors, how many speeches, how many dances, when you want to cut the cake, what items you will bring ahead of time to the RH, what you will have on your tables and that sort of stuff
