Final Meeting with RH

I'm meeting with my RH on Tuesday to go over some final details like the menu, cake etc. What other things should I be asking & going over at this meeting?

I'm bringing pics of my cake to show & some drinks that we want to make sure are served but I feel like there's a list of things I want to discuss but am having a brain fart.

Any suggestions?? TIA!!!

we discussed everything list above and also dont forget to ask for a table floor plan so you know how to number the table for your guests. also see if they provide you with place cards or if you need to do your own

mention any food allergies or special needs (for example i need 2 gluten free meals and one kosher meal)

when final payment is due
when final count is due

ask them if they have easels (if you need it for your channa plaque or anything); if they have baskets for your program (if you have your ceremony at the RH), if they have bathroom baskets

All this but I would also make sure you go over where you want all your little details placed. Like card box, guest book, name plaque, etc. My DOC thankfully told me this was a MUST at the last meeting. HTH!!
