I'm an out of town bride, who is trying to figure out if all the final meetings can be packed into one weekend. Who do you need to meet with close to the end (last month or two) to finalize things with? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

well Rh definitely, then depends on how you set up things with your vendors but most of them you will have to pay them the final balance about 2 weeks before. DJ you have to meet with in person to go over music list, give them your bp's names, not sure if youre doing photo montage or not but if so then giving them a disk with all the pics.
SOME vendors though you won't necessarily have to meet in person. If you can send them the payments then that would be fine. FLowers well you already pretty much have taken care of that beforehand, they know what to do so just to give final payment. Photographer and videographer, you have to go over timeline with them and again if you have final payments. I was able to do the timeline over the phone though and paid by CC over the phone for videographer. Limo's just make sure you have the timeline right with them and again final payment.
