I am OOT and trying to get a lot done in August...not coming back until the monday of the week of the wedding...

just about all vendors will require last payment 2 weeks before wedding about so just about all vendors unless you pay ahead of time. But you'll want to go over things with photo/video, DJ, RH. Flowers as long as they have all the info already and limo you can just send payment. But make sure to call and that they have all the correct info, my limo had the wrong times when i went 2 weeks before, wasnt a problem though since it was easily fixed. Well not that they had it wrong but i forgot to let them know of time changes so my fault

Me too....but when I am in town I am going to meet with everyone to make sure things are in order.

i spent the most time with the dj actually. I went and dropped off my must play list, do not play list and went over it with him and what songs that are not on the list he can play, well more like genre. Had to drop off disk with pics for photo montage, go over all songs such as first dance,, cake cutting and all that, well with timeline. Then also give them a sheet with our bridal parties names and in what order they will come out.
