im trying to make apts for final meetings and i just dont think its necessary to meet with the photographer or limo ...are you guys meeting with all your vendors?

im not meeting with imo...they just said call if u need to change where we r getting you..
im meting with photo though o can go over must take shots

The only vendor we're not having a final meeting with is the limo company. I want to make sure we go over the must take photos and arrangements with both photographers so that my timeline that day does not get screwed up.

I met with the photog - but not the limos and im pretty sure im not meeting with the flower guy again.

I don't think you need to meet with your limo company but I think it would be a good idea to meet with your photographer. My photographer has it written in the contract that we are to meet a few weeks before the wedding to go over all the final details (must take list, list of family members, etc).

Our photo contract includes a finals meeting. We went yesterday...I thought it was a useful meeting we went throught the time line and imporant people etc. I would recommend doing one for photo/video. I think you can do limos over the phone that is what I am going to try to do.

i met with the photographer only cuz i went to drop off pictures for our video...i could have prob mailed them in but i wanted to go in person.
limo im def making a phone call to set up the final arrangements!

Hmm....I don't think my photog does a final meeting? I'm pretty sure the last I'll see him as at the e-pics 2-3 months prior. I'm not sure if it's necessary...the only instructions I have are don't let me look like a wildebeast!!!
I'm not meeting with limo, only final appointments for sure I'll have are with RH, DJ, and Florist.

we did our limo over the phone a few days ago...just basic info pick up times and such....florist, dj, and RH is this wed. and im still undecided about photo...i just think its the drive to long island thats making me not do it

Just call the limo company and make sure they are all set for you. Meet with your photographer to go over times and must take shots.
