When should you meet with your vendors to finalize all of the details of the wedding? I just emailed most of our vendors to try and set up some appointments.
i'm meeting with most of them in july only b/c i'm planning from chicago and my only trip to ny before the wedding is next month.

ANother OOT bride here, we are meeting with ours the week before- ideally we would have liked two but we can't get up there that early (did some things also in May, our last trip to NY)
