I'm a few months away but I thought I'd get my calendar ready. I already know I have to submit my final payment to CLM 2 weeks before, meet with Burton's in June to set up flowers....
When do the meetings usually happen?
For instance, -meeting with hall to set up menu? -Final meeting with DJ (going over must plays, etc) -Final meeting with Limo (is that even necessary?) -Meetings with deacon at church -Final meeting with Photographer (going over must take list, etc)
Am I missing any 'final meetings' here? Thanks everyone1

-Meeting for the hall should be about 1 month to 6 weeks before the big day! -DJ you can probably do at any point, once you have your lists done-then you can set upa meeting-make sure you keep a copy for yourself -Limo-I dont think is necessary, maybe just to go over the route and the plan on pick up -THe church meeting-once you have your readings and music set you can meet with them-a couple weeks before I would think -Photographer I would DEFINITELY do a few weeks before also this way you know its done and also keep a list for yourself

Oh and your florist? Did you already go and see your samples? If not then the florist, youhave to give thema final count of tables, etc

My hall just sent me something in the mail yesterday to set up a meeting. We are going to do it in early June. So about 6-7 weeks before.

Meeting with the hall is anywhere from 1 to 2 months before Meeting with the DJ we did 3 months before the wedding Meeting with the florist is at 1 month before Final meeting with the Photographer is 1 month before Final meeting with the church is around 2 weeks before Limo isnt necessary, but I would call them about 2 or 3 weeks before just to confirm all the details.

Jenn, thank you so much! Should I be meeting with the deacon before that final meeting though? I haven't met with him since our first meeting. Thanks!
