Final Menu Meeting TONIGHT!

Going to the North Ritz Club tonight for my final menu meeting!

What upgrades did other North Ritz Club brides get thrown in at this meeting? How did you go about getting the free upgrades? Did you ask or they just gave them?

But.... it's coming SO quick date twin!!!!

Yaaay!!!! I'd love to hear all the dets even though I'm 2011 I hammered out all the extras right in the beging before contract, but how did they do with giving you additionals at tasting?

Sorry for the late response.....final menu meeting was awesome! I didn't get to taste any additional food, but my mom and I each got a drink, I had wine and she had Bailey's.

We met with George, the maitre'd. He was so nice and went over everything in the ceremony, asked about my vendors and gave me all the sheets I needed to complete for table seatings and items I was bringing, etc.

We then went over the menu. I too had negotiated many extras at my contract signing (martini luge, seafood station, sushi station, dessert cafe, extra half hour for cocktail hour), so there wasn't a whole lot left to add. What I did get was an upgraded fish option for the main course....he mentioned a newer menu, it was a sea bass with I think lemon and artichokes. We are also getting lobster tails for mine and FH's main course meal. He also told me about some new additions to the dessert cafe that were not in the booklet such as a crepe station with chocolate and orange and in addition to bananas flambe there will be strawberries flambe.
