Looking over the estimate for the RH that I recently got , I noticed that they added the ceremony fee in b/f they added the service fee and the tax. Is that right? Why would we pay a 15% service fee (or tax for that matter) for the chapel?

Isn't that what the ceremony fee is for? I'm using my own officiant. I guess I'll call them, they're going to hate me by October...

Yeah, i'm sorry, i guess I didn't think about that. I don't know then. I have to pay a $500 ceremony fee (also getting married at the RH) but there was no tax or grat. added. Then again, I'm paying EVERY payment to my RH for everything in cash. If I do it this way, they don't charge me tax. See if yours will do the same.

DEFINITELY say something to them about it. They probably think you won't notice. Tell them and see what they say.

? thats odd?? however we are being charged an extra $ 500.00, too for the ceremony
and the RH hall doesn't even do it, my own person is doing it~!
