We have paid in full for the last few months, and I called them last week to set up an appointment for tonight to get together with them to give them our must take photo list and go over time frame, if we are only doing that.. Im thinking this can be accomplished over the phone and I can email the must take photos list... no sense in driving almost an hour one way to do that which may only take a few minutes... right?... WWYD? TIA

def by email ! no reason to drive all the way out there . plus email will force you to have everything in writing and i think thats the best
I would probably just send a detailed email ... and make sure they respond
how many must take pix are you asking for? just curious.
