Finalized the menu last night......

and I didn't feel overwhelmed before, but I feel overwhelmed now. Oh my. We have just about 2 months to go now and the woman we met with at the Fox Hollow gave us so much information my head was spinning by the time I left. Hopefully I won't lose my mind by the wedding day.

OH MY!!! I hear ya. if u get a bit togther could u please tell me what to expect. Im 3 months away & im going to need to meet with Fox hollow very soon.

Yayyyy thats so exciting!!! I always hear girls saying their heads are spinning after doing the menu.... why is that?? I thought after the final meeting, everything gets settled??

Well, we picked the table linens and the cake and picked our 5 hot stations for the cocktail hour and decided on our appetizer combo. But when she pulled out the sheet that had the layout of the room (Garden Terrace) and explained the seating and how they want you to put all of your guests names on a sheet in alphabetical order (we've invited almost 300 ppl). Oy! Doing the seating is what has kinda stressed me out the most so far. I have to give my final head count in on Christmas Eve!
