How much before the wedding do u go and finalize it? I know at WM they have the 7 choices for dinner but we still have to go for the cocktail hour menu.

I was told 6-8 weeks before the wedding. I'm hoping to go around 8 weeks so I can do my menus early.

we are finalizing our menu on 6/29 and the wedding is 8/25 - Technically you can do it whenever you please but most brides around 6-8 weeks

we went on June 1st for my July 15th wedding, so about 1 and 1/2 months before.

Most places say 6-8 weeks before but I didn mine 2 weeks ago becasue I wanted enough time to make menus for the tables. There's no reason you cant just call them and do it in advance if you want to get it out of the way with!
