Oh god I am FINALLY DONE!!! today i carried this HUGE box around the city while searching for another gift but they were all sold out, the thing was almost as big as i am, and it was a nightmare. not to mention i got stuck in the train for close to an hour ...definitely a great way to end the shopping ...tomorrow Fi and i do have to go to the mall bc he just has to go to 1 store and pick up two things. So while he is in there i am going to go to sharper image at roosevelt bc after calling all of them they hactually have 'THE LASER BALL' that i went crazy looking for...it'll fit in my bag so he'll never know. AHHH all this for that damn ball.
Its weird i am more excited about giving gifts than receiving this year, anyone else feel this way?

I feel that way every year.... I almost think it's selfish of me . We sent our landloard an Edible Arrangement and when his wife came down to thank us, she was just so happy and loved it so much and that's the part of gift giving I love, is seeing how much they like my gift...

yeah exactly, you get joy from bringing happiness to others. WOW this is big for me, my friend was making fun of me this year bc honestly i am usually a little bit of a grinch around x-mas time lol

Yes they do...and some people feel bad when they have to bake something themselves but i think its a great gift. You took the time out to do it yourself.

Yeah I wanted to get one thing today, but uhmmm FI was out late and he didn't wake up early. It wasn't a big deal, just a lil something i wanted to get him, i got him enough though. I'll just give it to him after the holidays.

WOW that is an idea. OR you can buy just a few rolls of wrapping paper, it will be fine. I bought 3 rolls, bought two things of ribbon, some bows, gift tags and it was perfectly fine.

awww but you have an extremely good excuse so don't even worry about it. Maybe theres someone who would be able to help you today. See if any friends or family are going shopping today and ask if they can pick up some things for you. IF not, dont even worry about it. THey all understaned your situation and if you want just say you'll give them x-mas gifts next week

Thanks we got the gifts but are so sore & too loopy tro drive so we're having a relaxing christmas in (FH is Jewish & I'm midst convertion)
