Finally found a picture.....
...of the room we are using at The Garden City Hotel!!! We are not using the main ballroom bc we couldn't fulfill the minimum of 225 guests for a Sat evening, so we are using the Societe Suite. The picture on the web site is microscopic and the pictures I took are of a barren room, so I spoke with my BM and his assistant emailed me a pic within minutes.
I don't like these CPs though but that's okay. My centerpieces will be tall, antique gold with crystals draped on them, and then on the table there will be votives and rose petals. The flowers in the CPs will be Sahara roses, Anna roses, hydrangeas, peonies, bells of Ireland and orchids.... just to give you a vision of how it will look!!
ETA: I personally prefer this room bc the main ballroom, although gorgeous, is a bit too large (can accommodate 500) and it won't be as intimate.
