Finally getting a closing date!!

Well , we found a house about 4 weeks ago in Wantagh, and we are set to close this Monday!!! Getting to this point has been soooo stressful b/c we all fast tracked the closing ( the seller needs $$) I'm so happy!!!

that was pretty fast not bad at all, sometimes closings can take a while

I know! the sellers need the money and we pushed our mortgage people & attorneys to get this done!
