I just called the Riviera to see if there is going to be any events on December 4th (when our next payment is due). Mary said that the day time event should be over and completely cleared out and the set up for the next event should be near complete by 5:45pm. So she suggested we come in at that time to see it all set up.
I'm so excited because this will be the first time we'll see it setup for an actual event in person! And don't worry Riviera girls - I'll take LOTS of pics! FSIL is going to come with us to check it out since she hasn't seen it yet.
I've never been so happy to bring in a payment! LOL

p.s. silly question, but is there only one bathroom in the place (in the reception room)? is that the same one guests use during the cocktail hour?

I believe so... the only other bathroom tat I know of is in the bridal suite

i guess it's not a big deal, but i was hoping there'd be a separate bathroom so that guests wouldn't see the reception room until it's time for the reception to start.
if that's the biggest 'problem' i have... i should only be so thankful!
