Finally got a new Apt!!
So some of you know we were getting a new apt in our same complex...it ended up falling through and it was the straw that broke the camels back for us with this place! We found a new place about 15 min from here that is PERFECT!
It is located in a subdivision called Independence and it is modeled after the colonial era. Its BEAUTIFUL has its own schools and shopping.
Its a brand new apt complex, we are the first people to live in it....and only the 2nd apt rented in our building!! We are on the 2nd floor but its the TOP floor!! its a 2/2 with garden tub and seperate shower in master bath. full appliances and washer dryer
We also got 1month free rent, 250 off our next rent payment plus a $50 Target Gift Card...and we get $100 from RENT.COM for finding it on there!!
Its so nice and i am so excited! will post pics tomorrow if i can go take some. we can start moving all our stuff in on the 27th and moved in completely by the 10th!! SO HAPPY!!!!! heres some pics of the community!
