...and oh guess what...they didnt use the right metal!! my ring is now two different colors (white and yellow gold now) and there is a obvious solder mark from where the jewler cut the band from the setting...I am so upset right now its not even funny....I called the jewlery store earlier and they said i could bring it back in and they could assess the situation....SO angry/upset/annoyed... worst part is, the jewler wont be in until sunday at 12, the same time as the G2G...SO p!ssed

Seriously, bring it back... make the Jeweler fix that ring IN. FRONT. OF YOU. And don't leave the store until it's 100% perfect.
I don't care if he has to sit there all day. If it's still not right they need to replace your ring to be EXACTLY what FH bought and size it before it even gets to you.
Or you can always threaten to report them to BBB / Small Claims.

so sorry this happened to you. if i was u i would of asked for the jewlers home phone number & flipped out on him. you should take a picture of the obvious problem since you will have to wait until sunday.
