second guessing my dress lol. I do love it and I would never go through with buying another (I'd shoot myself, and my mother would shoot me lol) but sometimes I wonder if I should have went with a more 'bride-ey' lace a-line instead of a sparkly one with pickups. I'm short too so I'm a little nervous about the pickups.

The same thing happened to me. I must've tried on a gazillion dresses and I couldn't find 'the one'. So, the designer is putting two dresses together for me. I'm petite, so as far as the pickups and all, I felt like the dress was wearing me, so I went with a totally different look which I loove now.

OMG i was like that for about a few months and really considering other gowns then one day I went to the first bridal store where I first saw my dress, they;re now closing, and I saw my dress after all these months....i fell in love w/ it all over again.

yea i do love it i've just been seeing beautiful lace ones in magazines and lace gowns are just so timeless and I'm like EHHHHH lol

people always seem to second guess their dress! i have seen some of the LIW's dresses and had second thoughts about mine, but there is a reason you picked your dress to begin with and it is normal to second guess things but the one you picked is the right one for you and you're going to be beautiful!

Your dress is absolutely gorgeous! I think we all experience some form of dress regret at one time or another. There IS a reason you picked it in the first place and I bet if you tried on other styles you'd come back to the dress you already have! Don't worry, I think it's normal to 2nd guess the dress decision!

This happened to me!! I feel like I kinda rushed into getting my first dress....but I really was having 2nd thoughts...It was just wayyyyyy too heavy, train was too long and too much beading for me. I got a new dress that was lighter, less beading and shorter train that was just more 'me'. Good thing I only spent $350 on the first dress but it definitely created drama with my mom and she wasnt speaking to me for a few weeks! Overall, I just had to do what made me happy and of course I paid for my new dress myself.

oh no! i think we all second guess the dress. for me, it was the biggest and hardest decision of the entire wedding planning. so my advice is to just stop looking at dresses altogether. stop thinking about it, stop looking at it. you fell in love and ordered your dress for a reason. my dress doesnt come in til march, and i fear that i wont love it as much. women!

Yup... I'm right there with you. I've been second guessing my dress as well for a few weeks....but I think its too late for me to even do anything about it. I love my dress I really do... I just have to stop looking at other gowns

I understand what you are saying, and I think it is totally normal, we buy them sooo far in advance before the big day! I did look at your pics though and you do look wonderful in the dress and it is beautiful. My advice stop looking at other dresses, that what I have done lol!

Well from what I can see from your album you look great in your dress. So don't worry about it. As for it making you look short, that is why they invented heels :)

that's how i was feeling about my dress. So i waited a while before i ordered it. And i seemed to loose interes in that particualar dress. So, after a month i went back again to try it on and i was like ok this is the one. I oredered it, and after that i have not looked at any dresses.
Your dress looks amazing on you. You look really happy with it on. Maybe you should try it on again cause you are forgetting how you were feeling that day.

Stop looking at other dresses!!!! I was doing the same thing to myself so I just had to stop looking!! When I started second guessing myself, I just looked at my dress again and was like ok I still love it!
ETA: just looked at your pics and that dress looks amazing on you!! I think you made the right choice!
