Finally!! He said it!

FI has finally decided to tell me he really wants his godchild to be a flower girl..

I know I posted this already, but I still can't decide.

I WILL NOT have just her as the only flower girl! I have 4 cousins, all brother and sisters, and I see them all the time!
My godchild is too young (she was just born in August), so I would have the two older sisters if I could, but that leaves out the older brother, and I do not want all those kids in the BP.

Never mind that fact that EVERYONE ELSE has kids that they must all leave at home for the weekend, (wedding is upstate). How does that look?

AND,

I NEVER wanted kids in the BP to begin with!!!!!

We dropped it last night, but I know it's gonna come up again, and he said 'Well don't I get anything?' HE GOT THE FRIGGIN' BAND!!!
I wanted a DJ! And I WORK for a DJ!!

What do I do? Sorry for the yelling.

Well, I would just try to come to an agreement. If neither of you wants kids in the wedding, then that should settle it. And I do agree that it is not fair to have 1 an not others.

It's not that he doesn't want kids, that's just me, but it took him over a month to finally say that, yes, he wants his godchild in for sure.

It's just gonna be too much with 3 flower girls, and I just don't want it. And FI said if we can't agree on it, we wouldn't do it, but HE WON'T DROP IT. And now I feel bad.......

He thinks I want my 2 girls in out of spite. But that's not true, I really want them but I am not asking them out of respect for all the other kids that had to stay home....

You know how I feel about this... it has to be all or nothing. Whether you were asking your two girls out of spite, is irrelevant. The bottom line is your family will be offended if your little ones aren't included but his are. I really think it should be an adult-only weekend, but that's just me.

About your godchild... I don't know where I saw it but I remember thinking I wish I had little girls to be in the wedding party but the one little flower girl was pushing the baby(dressed in the same little dress)in a wicker stroller draped in roses and the baby had a satin pillow in the stroller that matched the bm.
