I HAVE NO REGRETS AND FEEL SOOOOOOO RELIEVED LIKE THINGS WILL GO AS SMOOTH AS EXPECTED..

Just completely took mine out of my wedding and uninvited her to the wedding - the best thing I could have done! Could not take the negativity anymore! Way to go!!

Good for you! Glad you're happy. I had to ask my MOH to step down as well and I too was very happy with my decision. However, I will say this -- be careful of your words. 'demoting' is a harsh term. It isnt a 'job' and this woman was your friend, and there are a lot of brides on these boards who wouldnt appreciate that terminology when referencing your BP. JMO.

I did the same thing to mine at the very beginning and it was the best thing I could've done!

i regret not 'demoting' my MOH, and i have to live with it for the rest of my life. plus my mom said i 'couldnt!'
