its been a very long 7 months in the making but finally, FH and I are homeowners we spent almost 3 hours at closing and I just got back from the condo - I spent the evening cleaning and setting up the bathrooms. Furniture and our new bed get delivered tomorrow
we already met some neighbors and everyone is so happy there!
it really is an incredible feeling ... i will have pictures tomorrow ... too tired to download tonight

thanks girl, i got it and it was so sweet of you ... i even 'awwwww'd' when i saw it. its been a hell of a day, began at 5am driving FH's parents to the airport (they were heading to NC to see fam) then FH had an interview (fingers crossed he gets this new job) then closing and spending the evening at the condo. phew this is the happiest ive been in a while, just so glad the process is OVER
